FCS Homepage Statistics for Sales, Service, and Production

The FCS Homepage is designed to give you high-level visibility into some key metrics at a glance. This article outlines the conditions and calculations that are responsible for populating this part of the application.

Some things to note first -

  1. If a Property or Company has been deleted the following data points will NOT be included -
    1. Service Tickets
    2. Opportunities
    3. Production Projects
  2. This data ONLY includes that of Prospects with a Trade marked as "Roofing" as seen belowfcs_homepage.png

Upon logging into FCS you will be taken to your Homepage first where you will see something similar to what is shown below (your view may differ from this example as all values are "0") -

Sales

  • Quoted
    • Sum of Opportunities where the Status is "Quoted" AND the date of the last action on that Opportunity falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • Sold
    • Sum of Opportunities where the Status is "Sold" AND the Sold Date of that Opportunity falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • Canceled
    • Sum of Opportunities where the Status is "Canceled" AND the date of the last action on that Opportunity falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • Dead
    • Sum of Opportunities where the Status is "Dead" AND the date of the last action on that Opportunity falls in the date range selected in the date Filter

Service

  • Dispatched
    • Count of all Service tickets that have NOT been Archived AND has a Dispatch Date that falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • Completed
    • Count of all Service tickets that have NOT been Archived, is in a Status of "Resolved", "Confirmed", "Invoiced", or "Closed Out" AND has a Resolved Date that falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • Invoiced
    • Sum of Invoice totals for all Service tickets that have NOT been Archived, is in a Status of "Invoiced" or "Closed Out" AND has a Date on Invoice that falls in the date range selected in the date Filter

Operations

  • OPM Projects
    • Count of all OPM Projects where the Start Date of the Production Project falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • OPM Entries
    • Count of OPM Entries on all OPM Projects where the date of the OPM Entry itself falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • Backlog
    • Sum of the Opportunity amounts for Production Projects where the status is "Queue", they are not marked as "Complete", AND the Opportunity Sold Date falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
  • In Progress
    • Sum of the Opportunity amounts for Production Projects where the status is NOT "Queue", they are NOT marked as "Complete", AND the Opportunity Sold Date falls in the date range selected in the date Filter
