How do I enable/disable tools in a User's toolbox?

 
In order to enable tools for a user, you first need to go into your admin panel. Once here, select User Administration.
 
 
Once here, select Toolbox Admin.

 
 
Select the user's name from the dropdown that you would like to customize. Once chosen, click on the faded tools to enable them for the user. If you need to disable a tool, click on it again if it is highlighted. 
 
 
 
 
Red icons correspond with the sales module, orange with the service module and blue with the reroof module.

You have successfully enabled/disabled toolbox tools for a user!
