Contact Records to Display Per Page
If you are trying to access your contacts and you do not see a list of your records, your contacts displayed per page is likely set to "0."
Navigate to your Toolbox.
Select the "Edit My Account" Tool.
Locate the option for "Contact records to display per page:" and ensure that the number is above "0" (recommended value is at least 200).
You can also make this adjustment as an administrator through the Toolbox "Admin" tool:
Select "User Administration" and click "Edit" next to the user's profile that you need to adjust. Locate the option for "Contact records to display per page:" and ensure that the number is above "0."
***If you have ensured that the contact records displayed per page is set to above 0 and are still not seeing your records, you may be set up as an "Independent Rep." Independent reps are only able to view contacts that have been assigned to them. If you have been mistakenly set up as an independent rep, contact an administrator to remove this option from your profile.
