How do I add a note into the system?

You can add a note to both the company and property level. All notes that are added to the property level will be added to the company also.

The first step is to dive into the property/company level that you would like to add the note to. After hitting the contacts tab, select the  icon and search by the following criteria.




Once you have located the contact, select the notes tab.



You will then click  and be taken to the following screen. Simply title the note and place the description within the notes portion(notice you also have the ability to add a saved attachment from your desktop). Make sure to hit "Add Note" once you are finished and it will be permanently stamped within the notes section for future reference.
