Can I upload documents for my customer to have access to in their portal?
You can add documents to both the Company and Property level of a record and allow your customer to view them when they login to their portal.
Navigate to the Company/Property that you would like to add the document for and click on the "Document" icon here:
If you upload a document to the Company level you will have the choice to choose between "All Properties" or an "individual" Property:
Give your file a name, and a description. In order for this document to be viewed by your customer in the Client Portal, check the box "Show in Client Portal". After you have added your document, your customer can view it by going into the property's "Documents" tab.
You have successfully uploaded a document to your customer's client portal!
