My Service Tech is not on the PowerBoard.
When you go to schedule a service ticket to a technician and you notice they are not on the PowerBoard we need to go back to the user permissions to make sure they are properly setup.
Go to Toolbox > Admin > User Administration > Click on Edit for that user
On the right side of settings you will see a checkbox for "On PowerBoard". Be sure this is selected, as well as on "Serviceman List" further down the page:
