What do I do if my report is not updating?

Updating an Inspection Report

If you made changes to an inspection report and you're not seeing any changes on the pdf, you have to re-generate the pdf document. Follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Property in the FCS Core.
  2. Enter into the client portal by clicking the 'Client View' button. 
  3. Go to Edit Mode by clicking the Gear on the top of the screen.
  4. Click the Report Icon to re-generate the Inspection Report.
