How do I archive/unarchive dispatches?


Once a ticket has been closed out, the next step is to archive the dispatch to separate it from your active tickets within your "Dispatch Board."

From the Dispatch Board, you can archive tickets by selecting the checkbox next to all of the invoices that you wish to archive.



You will then select the File Cabinet icon located in the upper right hand corner of the Dispatch Board





If at any time you need to retrieve an archived ticket, all you have to do is set your filter on the dispatch board to "Show Archived" or "Show All" within the archive dropdown. 


You can always unarchive a dispatch the same way you archived it if you wish to reactivate the ticket.
(Select the checkbox next to the ticket and select the file cabinet Icon)
