How to set arrival ETA
There are 2 ways to assign a Dispatch ticket to a technician
Through the Dispatch Ticket:
within the Dispatch ticket you can choose the status of "Arrival ETA" which will open a technician user list and a time to choose from:

After you choose a Serviceman and a time, be sure to click the update status button to save the changes:

The second way to assign a ticket is by choosing the "PowerBoard" button within the Dispatch ticket.

From the PowerBoard you will see your ticket flashing in yellow. Drag the ticket to the technician for the day.


Click the ticket after its assigned, and enter your time of arrival. Click "Save" when your done.
