Expanded view on PowerBoard

How can I see more than 2 tickets per day on the PowerBoard?

By default, the PowerBoard will display 2 tickets per guy per day. If a technician has more than 2 tickets there will display a dotted line below the tickets that looks like this:

If you click the dotted lines you will have your first expanded view of those days tickets:

This does help if your looking at one technicians schedule for the day. If you wish to view multiple technicians expanded view you can click the "expand" option on the top left of the PowerBoard:

    I'm see different colors on my powerboard did something change?

    We have not changed the colors on our powerboard.  The colors are determined based on the type of invoice the ticket is.
