If you've submitted a ticket to FCS support, you are able to view the tickets and status of the tickets.
1. Log into your FCS HERE or you can click on the Support Icon and select 'Sign In'
2. Enter your Email and Password then select 'Sign In'
3. Click on your name located on the top right and select 'My activities'
4. This will display all of your tickets you have submitted to FCS Support.
5. You can click into the Subject of the ticket to view the ticket in further detail
