If you've submitted a ticket to FCS support, you are able to view the tickets and status of the tickets.
1. Log into your FCS account and select the Support Icon located on your toolbelt.
2. Clicking on the Support icon will bring you to our Help Center.
3. Click on your name located on the top right and select 'My activities'
4. This will display all of your tickets you have submitted to FCS Support.
5. You can click into the Subject of the ticket to view the ticket in further detail
