When you go to schedule a service ticket to a technician and you notice they are not on the PowerBoard we need to go back to the user permissions to make sure they are properly set up.
Follow These Steps:
- Go to Toolbox > Admin > User Administration > Click on Edit for that user
- On the right side of settings, you will see a checkbox for "On PowerBoard".
- Be sure this is selected, as well as on "Serviceman List" further down the page:
