Powerboard - Move ticket back to 'Unscheduled' sidebar

I've finally found a way to remove a ticket from a technician's schedule and place it back in the "Unscheduled" sidebar. 

Simply change the status of the ticket to "Acknowledged" from "Arrival ETA" or "In Progress" and the ticket will be placed back into the "Unscheduled" side bar awaiting future scheduling. 

I find this helpful when weather conditions make re-scheduling difficult after the initially planned appointment is missed or inconclusive.
