Text Alerts for New Roof Replacement Leads

Any thoughts into adding an alert option to the user administration screen that would send an email/text if a new "Roof Replacement" opportunity is added? This would be helpful for our Sales/Estimating team to be instantly alerted of a new roof lead. Currently we have to manually text them to alert them.
