Manual Ticket Punches Pushed to Time Card Module

Feature Request Summary: 

The FCS platform should have the ability for punches that are manually added to a ticket, to automatically push to the time card module to account for possible human error.

Description/Use Cases: 

2 Technicians are working on a dispatch ticket. The Lead Technician enters all the descriptions of work, photos, adds materials used, properly punches them self into/out of travel/labor time, but forgets to add his helper to the ticket. The next day when Administration reviews his ticket, we have to manually enter the helpers time to the dispatch ticket to capture the helpers billable hours. 

At the end of the week, when you export the time out of the Time Card Master, because that helper's punch was added manually to the ticket, Time Card doesn't grab that punch. You have to do a dual entry by not only adding the time to the Ticket, but also manually adding the punch within Time Card Master. 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

If the punches done by a Technician while actively working in the ticket push to the Time Card Master, manual entries added to the tickets by Admin should also do so. This creates a redundancy in the process and anyone not aware of this disconnect who don't manually enter the 2nd entry into Time Card Master could miss billable time from helpers.
