Customer Portal Service Request

It would help if there was a field for the customer to enter a PO number when requesting service through the portal. See below

    Hello Lynn.  This is such a great idea.  Thank you so much for adding to the forum.  I believe this idea will help all of our customers.  We appreciate your feedback and commitment to improving the FCS solution.
