Selecting specific sections for reports

When running inspection reports for larger properties with multiple sections, it would be nice to be able to run a report only on specific sections.  Example: a property has 4 sections and the customer wants a report/quote only for sections 1 and 2.  Right now the only way we can do that is to go into the condition summary and select all of the deficiencies as repaired so they don't appear on the inspection report.  This is becoming an increasingly frustrating issue as it creates triple work (creating the report, marking some deficiencies as repaired, running a report and unmarking those things as repaired).

    Thank you for posting your question in the FCS Community Forum! This type of feedback is crucial to our growth and overall improved satisfaction of our customers. This functionality does currently exist and I’ve created a quick tutorial below that I think you’ll find useful -

    1. Click on the property you are trying to generate the report for and click to deselect the boxes that you DO NOT want to show up on the report. Then click “Include Checked Sections in Report” -

    2. Now that those checked sections have been excluded from the report you will need to go to “Client View Mode”, click the edit icon, scroll down and click the PDF icon to generate a new PDF with the desired sections -

    3. Now when you go to click on the “Download PDF” button you will see a new PDF generated showing only the sections you have chosen -
