Auto Distributed Labor Reports for Production Crews

Requested feature:

Auto scheduled labor report distribution on production jobs.

Purpose:

• Show labor hours estimated
• Show labor hours used
• Show labor hours remaining
• Show days remaining based on average crew size/length of work day
• Allows Production management staff I.E. Project Managers and Foreman's, to quickly/easily see labor hours remaining
• Auto-scheduled email distribution eliminating the need for a manual creation of the report

Details:

For field staff who don't "live" in FCS like an admin might to utilize the production detail screen, a quick at a glance report emailed to them would be extremely helpful. This report can be on a prescheduled frequency I.E. Once a week on Monday at 4pm; Every day at 6pm; etc..

Within the Production job setup screen, we are already indicating who the superintendent is, the foreman and amount of labor hours estimated. You could also add an optional field for "Size of Crew" and "Length of Day" I.E. 4 crew members, 8 hour days. That data could be used to auto generate a report, that shows all the time entries, calculates how many labor hours used, how many labor hours are remaining, and how many days are remaining. 

Total Est Hours - Hours Used = Hours Remaining

Hours Remaining / (size of crew * length of day)= Days remaining

Working Example:

We process payroll on Monday for the week prior. After we confirm all time entries are correct, I go to the production/labor reported screen - export all entries to excel - calculate all the aforementioned info - turn it into a PDF - email to the PM, Foreman and Ops Manager.
