With large shopping centers, can you have one large arial photo and them have each roof system shown as a separate section.
When you create a new ticket for only a small section, all of the aerials for the repairs are zoomed into just that section so that you can tell where the repairs are instead of the dots covering the whole building. Currently you use the one aerial across all invoices, inspections etc.
Currently to make FCS work, we have to create 5 or 6 different properties by breaking the center down into smaller properties by Suite numbers. Splitting up center up into multiple properties then causes the client to have to run several reports and then combine them to get budget figures.

Has there been any improvements to FCS to solve this problem?
Hi Jon,
Currently, there is not a functionality that can better manage properties such as shopping centers. We understand that breaking such property into multiple properties can cause several inconveniences. We can appreciate why this would be helpful as it would allow you and your customer to manage the information in a more concise manner.
This concept has been brought to ou product team's attention and we hope to address this in the near future. Until then, the way you are managing it currently is we suggest doing.
