TCPDF Error

Problem with Generating Inspection / Supporting Documents

If you are trying to generate a document and you receive a TCPDF error, it may look like this:


This will occur in cases where the image was corrupted or it has been partially uploaded. See below image where the problem photo did not come in all the way.



Solution:

Delete and replace the corrupted image and then try to re-generate the document. This should eliminate the error and generate your pdf correctly.
