Creating Your Support Portal User for FCS



To setup your FCS Support Portal account, follow these steps:

  1. From the main page of the FCS support portal, select Sign In 01_-_Sign_In.png
  2. Under the Email and Password fields, on the line that asks "New to FCS Roofing Software," select Sign Up02_-_Sign_Up_Link.png
  3. Enter Your Full Name and Your email address, then select Sign up.03_-_Sign_up_Form.png
  4. In the pop-up window, select Close
  5. Check the email account that you entered the address for. If you did not previously have a Support Portal user account, you will receive an email similar to the one shown here. Click the Create a Password link.mceclip4.png
  6. If a Support Portal account previously existed using the email address that you entered, you will receive an email similar to the one shown here. You can either click sign in to go back to the login screen or click reset your password
