Moving Properties

You can move Properties from one Company to another; here are a few steps on how to make those changes:

Step 1

Go to the Company you want to move the properties from

Step 2

Select the checkboxes to the left of each Property you wish to move

Step 3

Click the "Copy checked properties and move to..." link

Step 4

Navigate to the Company you wish to move the properties to and you will see a link named "Paste properties to this company"

Step 5

After you click on the link named "Paste properties to this company" you will notice the Properties are now associated with and listed under that Company

Step 6

Under the Notes tab for each Company, you'll see a record of the Properties being moved to let other users know where the Properties have gone in case they go looking for it and can't find it
