Setting Up Preferred Service Pricing For Clients

Step 1:

• When setting up preferred pricing for your clients, you first need to locate and enter into the company record.
• Once here, click on the "Service" tab:

Step 2:

• Locate your priority and not exceed boxes. This is where you will set up your preferred pricing.

Step 3:

• The pricing that you enter on a company level will apply to all of the properties inside of that company.
• You can, however, override the pricing for a property that is an outlier.
• This is a matter of opening the property, locating the service tab, and entering the pricing there instead:
