Automatically created FCS Opportunities

 

FCS Creates Opportunities in a few places

There are some auto-generated Opportunities that FCS creates you should be aware of so you can appropriately maintain your Opportunity pipeline:

1. Inspection gets completed through mobile - If "Budget" is the Inspection type it will create a $0.00 dollar Opportunity to serve as a placeholder on the property, and on the Opportunity Report.

2. Inspection gets completed through mobile - If "Proposal" is the Inspection type it will create an Opportunity totaling all of the repair costs. 

3. Qwikbid gets completed through mobile - If "Quoted" it will create an Opportunity with a $0.00 to serve as a placeholder to show up on the property, and on the Opportunity Report

4. Qwikbid gets completed through mobile - If "Sold" it will create an Opportunity with a dollar amount totaling what was sold.
