- By default, the PowerBoard will display 2 tickets per guy per day.
- If a technician has more than 2 tickets there will display a dotted line below the tickets that looks like this:
How to view more than 2 tickets per day on the PowerBoard
- Click the dotted lines and you will have your first expanded view of those days' tickets:
- This does help if you're looking at one technician's schedule for the day.
- If you wish to view multiple technicians expanded view you can click the "expand" option on the top left of the PowerBoard:
