
- The Outstanding Liabilities Report provides a fast, simple view of all open deficiencies for all of your customers; this will quickly show all the deficiencies that have been captured but have not had repairs completed yet.
- The ability to drill down in this report allows you to view all the details of every emergency or remedial deficiency.
- Many sales and service people use this report to find the "low hanging fruit".
- The following article will explain how to access & work with the Outstanding Liabilities Report data in FCS, on both a per-company and per-property basis.
Step 1:
- From the main page, click the ToolBox button.
Step 2:
- Click the Outstanding Liabilities icon.
Step 3:
- The Outstanding Liabilities Report page will open; the information can be sorted by column, by clicking on the header for the column you want to sort by.
- The data can also be filtered by group; click the Group Filter dropdown & select the group(s) you want to view.
Step 4:
- You can search for a specific company or property by typing the name into the search box.
Step 5:
- To view all properties associated with a company, click the “+” next to the company name.
Step 6:
- To view a specific property, click on its name.
Step 7:
- The view will switch to the Expense Repair Inventory report for the selected property; additional reports can be viewed by clicking the appropriate header on the left side of the page.
- The view can be switched to a different site or a specific section by clicking the dropdown boxes & selecting the area you want to view.
Step 8:
- The data can also be sorted (in ascending or descending order) by clicking the arrows to the right of each column header.
Step 9:
- The data for any section can be exported to Excel by clicking the “Export Spreadsheet” link near the top of the page.
- The exported data can be viewed & manipulated in Excel like any other spreadsheet.
With this information, you should now be able to view & work with Outstanding Liabilities Report data!
