Viewing your RTM report

You are able to view all of your RTMs on one page through the RTM Agreements Icon.

Step 1:

• Select "Toolbox" and "RTM Agreements".  If you do not have access to this Icon please contact your Admin.

Step 2:

• The RTM Report will display all your RTMs as long as you have added them to the property record.

Step 3:

• You can use the Search field to search by RTM, Company, Property, Invoice ID, Start, Next Inspection, Cost, Sq Ft. and Type.

Step 4:

• You can export this report by choosing the check box next to the record(s) you'd like to export, and then selecting the Excel icon to the right. (Choose the textbox at the top of the list to Select All.)
