Inspection Report - Budget vs Proposal

• When generating an inspection report, you have the option to generate it as a Budget or Proposal. 
• This option is presented to you when you schedule an inspection through an Activity and when you are in the client view mode on the report options page.

Budget:

• This will generate the inspection report that concludes with a budget matrix of your sections and repair type (remedial or emergency). 
• Think of using this for a soft sale.

Proposal:

• This will generate the inspection report that concludes with a budget matrix but will also add an extra page where you customer can sign off on the repairs they authorize. 
• Think of this as a hard sale.

 

***If a report already exists, you can change the report type in Client View.

1. Change the Report Option to the desired report.
2. Update Report Options
3. Regenerate the PDF
4. Download the PDF
